Pokémon TCG Metanoia Spec 05 — HALT, Hypersigils and Epistemology
Research boundary around HALT, hypersigils, Jungian and Matrix metaphors, and tokenization mechanics in the project's epistemic language.
Pokémon TCG Metanoia Spec 05 — HALT, Hypersigils and Epistemology
HALT as an epistemic boundary
Spec 05 treats HALT as a deliberate stop condition when a claim, action or phase cannot be justified by available evidence or authority. In the technical project, HALT means preserving the current artifacts and uncertainty rather than repairing a database, launching a long run or declaring a blueprint complete.
The August 14 handoff's quota horizon and graceful stop are therefore part of the project's operational history. They are not evidence that all planned research was completed.
Hypersigils and tokenization
The document uses hypersigils as a metaphor for compact symbols that organize a large conceptual field. Tokenization mechanics then provide a technical analogy: a short typed representation can route attention toward a structured state without containing every detail of the underlying world.
This analogy is useful for explaining why the Pokémon model uses typed card, unit, meta and option streams. It is not proof that a token carries holographic or trans-dimensional information, and it does not establish model consciousness.
Jung and Matrix language
Jungian, Matrix and “red pill” language appears as a research-philosophy frame for confronting hidden assumptions, identity and system boundaries. Wikifita preserves it as metaphor and interpretive vocabulary. It must not be rewritten as an empirical claim about the internal mind of a model or an agent.
Practical review rule
Whenever a page uses language from this specification, add one of:
- an observable artifact;
- a clearly labeled analogy;
- a falsifiable research proposal;
- an explicit HALT/deferred boundary.
